Her debut paranormal thriller, House of Glass, was inspired by a nightmare that haunted her until its story was finally put to paper. Shaped by her years working in veterinary medicine and losing herself in fantasy novels, S. K. Hunsicker has become an avid writer who is currently working on her next novel.

When she is not writing, she can usually be found wandering through the woods, collecting herbs and observing wildlife, or spending time reading in her library with her German Shepherd, Lukas.
